We’ve started the year with a block of fitness. We were so excited when we got to do the ‘Bleep Test’ and enjoyed challenging ourselves to run faster as the beeps got closer together. 

We’ve now been doing fitness stations to improve our physical fitness. We learned that exercise can help our mental wellbeing too – better concentration and sleep!

We also did a couple of long distance runs and worked on our personal qualities, like motivation, to help us get through a long run. 

We’ve enjoyed starting the year with fitness and are looking forward to our next block on ball skills.

We’ll do the bleep test again at the end to see if our scores have improved.
