FairAware is the first Fairtrade schools award. We received this as a centre in 2021. This award supports children to understand Fairtrade and encourage use Fairtrade products. This includes learning about Pablo the Super-Banana, understanding the meaning of the symbol and recognising the Fairtrade logo. Children also use Fairtrade products to make their own goods such as baking and craft activities. We continue to learn about Fairtrade and are working towards our FairActive award.
